Assignment
Background
You have been asked to give an initial view on the following request ahead of the Chief Revenue Officer’s meeting with the client in two hours.
An existing Sabio Ltd client has requested that Sabio France provide service to the client’s France-based subsidiary. For internal admin purposes, the client has requested that Sabio concludes a new contract with said French subsidiary. They have asked us to consider the attached terms.
The scope of services is:
- Sabio.ai, to automate incoming call response for 3 use-cases and call triage in all other circumstances;
- Renewal of the underlying contact centre CcaaS product licences;
- Installation and configuration of said licences; and
- 24/7 support for those licences.
Instructions
Please review the attached terms and:
- Comment on their suitability for the products and services envisaged;
- Identify amendments you consider necessary for these terms to be acceptable; and
- Propose next steps.
Please draft your response in a format that could be forwarded directly to the client by the CRO ahead of their client meeting. This response should be shared at least 24 hours before our interview. Respond to this email by attaching the completed assessment.
You will have about 20-25min to present the task, after which the hiring team will ask additional questions. Following that exercise, there will be more scenario-based questions, and the team will walk you through them. The goal is to understand how you think and what issues you pay attention to when you’re faced with the scenario. You won’t be able to prepare for this section, but the panel will guide the discussion. During your preparation, if you need anything or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
We appreciate the time and effort involved and look forward to learning more about you. If you need any assistance, please feel free to reach out.
Best Regards,
Abigail
